Guests will have to reach a series of conclusions regarding the aspects of blogging previously brought into discussion at the debates.
They will draw and publicly release a global declaration of the principles of the online journalism, a constitution of internet freedom, to which bloggers from all over the world should adhere. „Bucharest Global Blogging Manifest” will launch a new chapter for the internet users.
